Where to find non-statistical tips/strategies

Hi everyone!

Where can I find good non-statistical tips and strategies for each Poke creature?

I found a good tips/strategies site (serebii.net/pokedex) however it only deals with the statistical side.

I need non-statistical like what to do when an Onix disobeys, when is best time to evolve or delay evolution, etc.. something like those... haha.

Once again, put theese questions in Simple Q&A.

Now, as for your ques, there is no site that I know of. If a poke disobeys, you need to get the proper gym badge. They tell you that in the manual that comes with the game.

As for question #2, you must decide for yourself when you want them to evolve. Like Infernape. If it is all physical, evolve it right away. If it is Mixed, hold off evolution from Chimchar till lvl 23.
