    Where is the person in diamond i go to to let a pokemon relearn a move?
     
    you mean the move tutor? anyways he is in Pastoria city

    well the person that lets pokemon relearn lost moves, not the move deleter.
     
    yes, he's there.. but someone now is going to tell you about you should first read the stick quick guide.. actually you should ;)
    altough i also always forget where those are... like the name rater, always fly to every town because i never remember where he is
     
    oh yea the move tutor guy is a heart scale manaic so go dig underground and start digging up some heart scales
