You can buy seals at the Sunyshore Market in Sunyshore City. Also, bringing Unown to the person who gave you the seal case will get you seals too. That's pretty much it.
To buy the seals you have to go to Sunnyshore City where you get the effort ribbon for ev training...
To get the seal case got to the town after Heathrome where the daycare is and on the right by the ancient ruins in one the houses a lady will give you the case :D
