I say Persian is the cutest! Meowth and Glameow would be second, as well as Shinx and its evolutions if they count.

Ummm, I'd have to say either Skitty (The cuddly wuddly pink kitty :3) or Glameow (except it turns into a fat ugly cat :(). If the Shinx trio count then they would be at the top as well.
