Which Eevee evolution?

    For my team I need a supporter that has good defense stats, can Baton Pass a good move (Swords dance/calm mind/something that will be helpful) and can learn Wish.

    Therefore, I will focus on the Eevee evolution (no D/P Glaceon or Leafeon)

    Of course, Umbreon can learn Wish, and has good defensive stats. However, it can't learn something very useful, like Calm Mind or Swords Dance to BP. (Note, I do not consider Mean Look useful, because I don't have Perish Song or that like. If you can explain how Mean Look is helpful, that would be appreciated.)
    Espeon can BP Calm Mind for my Special Sweepers, but does not have good defense stats.
    I don't really know about the other Eevee evolutions.

    If someone can help me by choosing a good Eevee evolution, then that would be appreciated. No D/P evolutions please, as I do not have access to D/P.

    Thanks.

    I will not put my team, as it would not really help for the best Eevee evolution. However, if you really want it, I could provide it.

    *Mean Look only seems like it's not helpful because you are playing the pathetic AI who doesn't understand to switch a bad matchup.

    If you were battling another person they wouldn't just let you switch in a counter and sit there to die. They would switch out accordingly.

    With *Mean Look you can trap a poke like Salamence and switch in say Milotic to *Ice Beam it. There's nothing he can do. He's stuck.

    A very helpful move Umbreon can pass is also *Charm.

    I know what you are thinking - How can *Charm help?

    If you trap a poke who can't kill Umbreon you can use *Mean Look and then *Charm them down until there Attack is garbage. Use *Wish when necessary.

    Now you *Baton Pass to say *Dragon Dance Salamence...

    Salamence w/Leftovers
    'Intimidate' : Lowers opponent's Att 1 stage.
    <Adament : +Att / -Sat>
    * Dragon Dance
    * Dragon Claw
    * Earthquake
    * Fire Blast

    Now you can use *Dragon Dance until you are maxed out without fear of the opponent doing any damage to you and sweep.

    6-0 ~ Good Night the Lights.

    So there are two ways to utilize Umbreon - my favorite poke of the 3rd Gen.

    Would Mean Look be good with Toxic?
    You Mean Look, use Toxic, and stall?

    Thanks for your help.

    No. *Toxic works best in conjunction with *Stealth Rock + *Spikes.

    This way the opponent must choose which way they want to die via switching with field effects or stay in and let *Toxic do it's dirty work.

    *Toxic + *Leech Seed + *Protect could also make a nasty combo i guess if you trapped them but it would be easier to just use *Perish Song.

    What was wrong with the two suggestions i gave you?
