Question: Which forum is appropriate?

I've been working on a pokemon soundfont lately, and I'd like to show it off and ask for assistance. Which forum is the most appropriate? I don't know if this falls under rom hacking.

Well, I'm not even showing off any music though; it's just basically a set of instruments you can use to make the music. The instruments are the same ones used from the pokemon black and white (and 2) games, and it's a bit involved (setting instrument volumes, loop points, panning, key range, velocity ranges, attack, delay, hold, sustain rates and so on and so forth... for each instrument and individual drum).
