    My two favourite final evolution water starter pokemons are Blastoise and Swampert. Because their water and ice attacks can actually defeat fire, rock & ground pokemons.
     
    I love everything about Feraligatr especially it's awesome looks. I like Blastoise but hate Swampert.

    That's usually about the same for all water types with a SAtk above base 80 >.>.

    I choose Swampert because its the only one of the water starters that's actually pretty good, and is alot more useful than the other two.
     
    My favourite water type is Swampert, I beat the Pokemon League using Swampert alone 4 times in 1 day.
     
    Feraligatr is my favorite, it looks cool ?nd it's strong!
     
    I luv Feraligatr bcoz he looks cute and he is very reliable. I taught him moves that could defeat just about any type.
     
    All the water-type starters are nice in a way. My favourite is Feraligatr though, probably because it's based on an alligator (I like alligators). Totodile is really cute!
     
    swampert, he's a water/ground pokemon....that great against electric...but worse against grass....but still
     
    Feraligator!
    I have one in Crystal that's one of a kind shiny!
     
    In my opinion even though Swampert(not Mudkip but Marshtomp) has a double weakness against Grass types it still has a resistance against Electric types.Besides water types are my favorite(next to Steel/Dragon)but Swampert is the only one of the Water type starters who are actually Dual-type.
     
    I'd have to say that in power, Swampert is unmatched. It's more weak to grass, but in rest it doesn't have any weakness, and it's immune to electric. with a nice set, you can finish the entire game with him, just teach him ice beam to take care of grass, and with earthquake, paired with an arse attack, nothing stands in his path.
