3rd Gen Which one of the legendary birds was the hardest to catch?

All of them. No, really, in my last playthrough of LG, Moltres was the toughie... but now it's like this time... all of them are really hard to catch. >:C *displeased* C'mon, get caught! I have a champion title to gain Pokédex to fill!

I caught Moltres with my first ultra ball :D. But Articuno was hard - all my Pokemon were weak to ice.
