    Azumarill (Huge Power)
    Adamant

    Waterfall
    Aqua Tail
    Brick Break
    Iron Tail

    OR:

    Empoleon (Torrent)
    Hasty

    Ice Beam
    Hydro Pump
    Surf
    Water Pulse

    Yes, this depends on nature and moveset. Also, the abilities can make or break it. I still don't know which one to pick, though.
