Jolteon Timid 252 SpA / 252 Spd / 6 Hp
138 Hp
68 Att
69 Def
157 SpA
115 SpD
192 Spd

The Modest one has Hidden Power Water, with Base power of 70, while the timid one has hidden power Psychic, base power of 31. I'm not quite sure which one to use, as one is faster, but the other one stands a chance against ground/rock types. So which one!

hidden power water sounds good with a rain dance set, but then again, you want speed to pass subs/agility.
