4th Gen Which Pokemon do you use your Master Ball on?

I used mine on Cresselia, because I spent way too long on Mesprit to do it twice. I then ported mine in from Sapphire, and I think I'll be saving it. I live pretty close to D.C., and so I'm going to try my best to catch an event that will let me get what it takes for Arceus or something, and then use my Masterball there. Not only is Arceus a pain because of it's catch rate, but it's level 80 when you meet it >.<
