Which Pokemon Should I Use?

Okay so I'm building a team to use in pixelmon and I have come up with good move-sets for 10 pokemon. I will might get all of them eventually, but I need help deciding which 6 to use in my main team because I'm a bit of a noob. I think pixelmon 3.0 will be using the IV movesets so that's what I based it on. Also, pixelmon does not yet have every pokemon and I'm not gonna bother with legendaries until I get one. Here's what I got.

Snorelax- Relaxed Nature, Defense and Health EV's
-Belly Drum (Belly Drum+ Rest+ Snore= major sweeps if survives)

-Rain Dance (Thunder)

-Surf (STAB, Accuracy) or Hydro Pump (STAB)

Archeops- Jolly Nature, Speed and Attack EV's

Hitmonlee- Adamant Nature, Attack and Speed EV's
-High Jump Kick (STAB)
-Mind Reader (High Jump Kick)
-Stone Edge or Rock Slide (Coverage)
-Fling, Fossil so 100 (Coverage)

Scizor- Careful Nature, Attack and Special Defense EV's
-False Swipe (Catching)
-Iron Head (STAB)
-X-Scissor (STAB)
-Attract

I haven't decided the items yet because I don't know what items pixelmon 3.0 has.
So if you would be kind enough to tell me at least one of these things I would be grateful

• What 6 Pokemon Should I Use? (I'm Thinking Hitmonlee, Gengar, Archeops, Lapras, Drapion, and Snorelax or Venasaur)
• Do You Have Any Suggestions For Other Pokemon to Use?
• Are The Movesets Okay or Which Should I Use?
• Suggestions for Items? (Archeops=No Item, Hitmonlee=Fossil)
• Natures or EV Advice? (This is my First Time Using Them)
