i'll go this:

-2 Goblin Mountaineer
+2 Raging Goblin (What goblins are most famous for is the haste)

-4 Airdrop Condor
+4 Goblin War Strike (Damage equal to # of Goblins...this quick play of goblins should be able to get them out quickly)

-4 Goblin Goon
+2/4 Reckless One (Chances are your Reckless one will far surpass your goon)

-2 Goblin Spelunkers
+2/4 Goblin King (Best you run either 4 Reckless Ones or 4 Goblin Kings...I'd go kings personally)

Reccomended Sideboard (for me): (15)
4 Coat of Arms
2 (Goblin King or Reckless one (The ones you didn't put in)
2 Airdrop Condor
2 Goblin Goon
2 Goblin Mountaineer
1 Hidetsugu's Second Rite
2 Ben-Ben, Akki Hermit
2 Akki Drillmaster

In that case i'd remove 2 of each of the enchantments and go for 2 Coat of Arms and 2 Gratuitous(sp) Voilence

20 creatures (If all of em hit play + Gratuitous Violence & Coat of Arms)

damage doubled ouch XD

Noob question: Coat of Arms is an artifact. How do artifacts work?

they work like enchantments except they get targeted much more often (both positive & negative)
also, artifacts have colorless mana costs

that looks pretty good for a goblin deck though so i say go test it out a few times
