    After writing my inspirational thread one must ask, who is really the head honcho's around here.

    I mean seriously who really has power over everyone else.

    Im guessing it is Steve and the other Admins I just wasn't sure because of decisions changed after one of the founders did something.
     
    Mwar, easy. Steve and Kwesi pay for the site. Do what they say and shut it XD

    Just 'cause they work primarily in the background doesn't mean they don't make any decisions in the community, mwar.
     
    Which is wrong Tyler, this forum is based on a community model they shouldn't be overturned by some Praetor whose position was given by them.

    There needs to be some new boundaries and I hope to help accomplish this, and then maybe I will come back to PC fully from exile :P
     
    Yup I got that message right and your truelly right which is deffiantly wrong, so I hope we can make changes and limit the understaff powers from doing that.

    Can we say "Access Denied" XD
     
    The ones in blue pay for the services, but they commmonly are overruled by those in red, orange, and green.

    Im ready for the orange, red, and green to go back to the normal color because anyone trying to overrule the owners shouldn't be staff because they aren't doing their job.

    But hey I guess the people who don't pay $160-$180 don't deserve to run their own forum NOT!

    But hey, I thought the "power > power" system was still in place? If so, then why are our founders being overruled by those lower than them?
     
    power has corrupted these people at PC and I am ashamed that it has gotten this out of hand without some changes have being made by now.

    But usually all they do is lock the thread as shush us, but hopefully with Steve watching over it and reading it for ideas they can finally stop doing that.
     
    Which is why you, myself, greg?, and a few other either excommunicated members or just other PC members will make a independent study of PC and make a report of flaws at PC and in what areas are they really bad.

    I can tell you right away the uper staff is deffiantly a big one.
     
    hey guys, its cool and all that you like the community and you want it to, ya know, be "right." but independent studies and reports? it's pokemon. and you're just a member of a convenient free service. you're not paying for anything. if you don't like the way things are being run, then you really don't have to be here.

    don't get me wrong, i'm very anti-establishment and i HATE authority. however i think that the people who run things here at PC have given a lot of leeway and freedom in what you can do. i'll agree that banning people and closing threads is BS, but this is basically just a message board that you write in to your internet friends. what more do you need? anything that is banworthy, save for AIM.

    i know that corruption in any system is to be fought against relentlessly. i'm just glad that you're taking the time to do it in a pokemon community and not me. i'd personally use my power to fight bigger fights.

    if you love it, let it go. if it doesn't come back it was never yours to begin with.

    thats just my two cents. it usually takes me about twelve posts to make some good friends and bitter enemies on a message board. i guess this is that defining post.

    Well Mark, you witnessed it in the channel but we are all on odds with PC and frankly it is getting annoying seeing Steve do something then some other higher staff change Steve's decision, order, or something.
     
    Sure, Steve and Kwesi pay for the site, but here's a little something.

    A little fella called Jorge REALLY runs the place, he runs around making sure people are banned, even when they SHOULDN'T be, he runs around banning people without warnings, heck, he even gets the other Praetor called Luis to do it fo him.

    Don't you Jorge? (His screen name was Blue, it's Mihara or something now).

    Seriously, he's the fella who doesn't give people a second chance, even when they deserve one.
