Um... let's see. Positive 252 Atk Lucario vs. Neutral 0 Def 40 HP Luxray.
Lucario strikes first with Close Combat, dealing 75.24% - 88.75% damage to Luxray. Luxray goes next with Spark dealing 53.38% - 62.63% (if CB it would be 79.36% - 93.59%, still short of an OHKO). Lucario attacks next with... pretty much any move and finishes Luxray off. Lucario wins. 8>
