3rd Gen whos gonna get FR and LG?

I pre-ordered Fire Red through the Nintendo magazine. I get the game, the guide, headphones, and a subscription to the magazine. All for like $60. Then I have LG pre-ordered through EB games.
 
I dont know if I'll get it. This time I think I will wait for the Special Version of the game (i.e yellow, crystal emerald)
 
Im getin both... but i didnt reorder them...im juss guna go like camp out at the store so they dont go out of stock before i get one
 
im guna get my mom to go get it.....but i mighhttttt pre order it...but i also dont live in that big of a town so it prob wont go out of stock for a couple of days....so i think im guna b ok..lol

That is why you pre-order it. You put five bucks down on it and when it comes out they call you. Even if they run out of games yours is still put aside until you pick it up.
 
i preordered mine yesterday @ K-Mart. It comes out on a Sunday, so salamenceruler, you can camp out at the store. XD.
I'm getting FireRed though, Charizard appeals more to me ^^;;;.

I think this thread belongs in the fire red leaf green forum, doesn't it?
anyway, I'm gonna get fire red and a friend leaf green :-)
 
i just pre-prdered it...lol..i dont want to take a chance n them b out..i would be realllyy mad

holy **** wuts the point of getting both fr and lg there the same game in a different wrapper and why spend 60 dollars to get the guide and headphones when u can just get the guide on the internet and get headphones for 5 bucks.

Since I have Ruby, I think I will go for LG since it is a different color from ruby. I mean, like GlockStopper says, whats the point of getting both, right?
 
so that u cant completely complete the game by obtaining all the pokemon.....

or you can just buy a gameshark.. its cheaper than buying both games and u can complete it, or at leats just buy one and then wait a couple months for the other one wen it will be cheaper
 
thats wat im gunna do...im getin fire red ...n then once i beat it i will get leaf green....but dont even sugest game shark....I DONT CHEAT
 
I'm probably not getting it, at least before a price drop or new version, because I don't play the games much, and also I'm saving for my tablet PC, which costs 30 times more (except on ebay) and is 100 times better :)

I'm getting both so that my kids can play too.

Actuly you can catch almost 200 Pokemon but they got those new islands :) :) :)
