To me Kyogre is the best of the two. =). I think it looks cooler and I like water types.
 
well really Kygore has the elemental advantage so im going to go with him
 
Kyogre does have an Advantage over Groudon by far. If the 2 are battling each other one on one, Kyogre would obviously pull off a win. Super high Special Defense, and Water Spout (Plus very high Special Attack) would defeat Groudon instantly. Groudon may have Solarbeam, but Kyogre's Sp. Def. is far too strong to be KO'ed by one Solarbeam.

Even if they're not going one on one, Kyogre would still have the advantage over other Pokemon too. It's stats are very strong, and can be used as a strategy against other Pokemon.

(Despite stats, I still like Groudon. :P)
 
I like Kyogre over Groudon, because Kyogre is water type and can defeat Groudon in a battle, no battle what level.
 
Well i got the sapphire version while brother got the ruby, i picked the sapphire because well i thought kyogre look cool and well i love water pokemon! Groudon is still a cool pokemon.
 
I like Kyroge better.The way I like it is odd.
 
I also prefer Kyroge becuase it is a water type and could take Groundon a ground type and day. It also lloks very cool to so that is a bonus.
 
I think they both have their strengths and weaknesses, but I like water/ice pokemon better than fire/ground pokemon, so I'm going with Kyogre.
 
There is saying who is the best, not who I like the most, so I had to vote Kyogre~

Groudon doesn't have low stats:

Kyogre 100 100 90 90 150 140 = 670

Groudon 100 150 140 90 100 90 = 670

The major difference between Groudon's Stats and Kyogre's stats is this: While Groudon has high attack and defense, Kyogre has high sp. atk and sp. def. If you want to take advantage of their abilities, you will seek special attacks (like solarbeam for groudon and thunder for kyogre) In that case, the one with the stronger special attack would prevail, and thusly Kyogre is better at using it's abilities.

Surf+Calm mind+Rain dance effect+STAB+high sp. atk=utter doom

not to mention that everything that either are weak to are special types (grass and electric for Kyogre and Water and grass for Groudodn). wit ha higher speciala defense, kyogre is able to withstand most grass/electric attacks long enough to deliver an other destuctive Surf/ice beam.

I assume you know where my vote is going. XD
