Why does nothing I can find edit Pokémon FireRed version 1.1?

    Hi there. I have looked around this site for an entire hour, and NONE of the tools I could find for the GBA Pokémon games edit Pokémon FireRed 1.1, they only edit 1.0 for some reason. Is there any particular reason why this is? Does everyone here hate 1.1 for some reason, or am I just not looking hard enough, or is it just that no one ever bothered to look for the offsets? I'm kind of confused...
