Why doesn't VGC come to Canada?

Have your tried talking to any Pokemon Co. Pokemon? Cause they will give you a better answer then anyone on the forum that is for sure. Thy have one in New York and Seattle so if you live in East or West Canada just go to those.
 
I guess they have them in very populated places meaning where they know that people will go to
