    Why did they make it like this?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

    Hey guys, i was just wondering why they made it so you have to go to a nintendo festival somewhere to get some ticket or other to got to different island to get deoxy and co.!

    And why is it so hard to complete a pokedex! all this trading to evolve and i mean i tryed it on the GTC or whatever it is on diamond and pearl but haunter wouldn't evole and it didn't even have a everstone!

    And also the never being able to get starter pokemon, if they're just normal pokemon WHY AREN'T THEY WILD!?!?!?!?!

    And why are there so many ways to evolve eeve i mean the stone i understand but level it at dark with happiness yadda yadda yadda IS SOOOOO INCREDIBLE HARD!!!!!!!

    For money. At the end of the day Game Freak are a business and need a way to attract customers. People spend money at events, so they hold a lot of them.

    That just sounds like a glitch, I've never had problems with pokes not evolving in the GTS

    In pokemon gold and silver they are quoted to be particularly rare pokemon, or those owned by proffesors who have travelled all over the world. They may well be from different regions you do not know about

    I know! I think the starters have to be found somewhere else in the region not just with the proffessors. Trade-evolving Pokémons are a bad idea IMO, not everyone has somebody to trade with, I have Ruby and I have nobody to trade with. They should just make it so that a special item makes them evolve once they hold it and level up to a certain level, but not by trade!

    I don't know much about the DS but I think it would be nice if you could download these events unto your DS and you would have to pay certain money with your credit card to be able to download it. I don't know if this is possible on the DS though.

    You don't have to level it only at dark. You just have to keep it from evolving it until dark. And getting its happiness up isn't hard unless you routinely abuse your Pokémon.
     
    What is this thread, exactly? o_o To me, it seems like one big complain thread. First you're asking about event Pokémon, then which part of the Pokémon franchise came first, and then something about Umbreon? Yeah, I think most members would be too confused to post ~_~
