Will a GBA emulator on my M3DS Real play hacked roms?

Like, I know on Visual Boy Advance you just put the rom and the patch in the same folder, and it works. But I have a M3DS Real, and I'm about to buy the GBA expansion.

    My questions are:

Will the hacked roms work on said device?
How would I do it? Since you just put the GBA files into one folder, how would I deal with multiple hacks for the same ROM?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

GBA ROM hacks will work, since they're actually GBA games. And, you can even put two same ROMs even if they aren't hacked, as long as they have a different name, so you can put in as many hacks as you like.

Thanks for the help, but I already went with a program that patches the file to the ROM. Thanks anyway!

I also have the M3 DS Real + GBA Expansion. And I tried to play a hack on it. Did´nt work... I patched the game on my computer, than loaded it on my card as I do with every game.
    Help anyone? Please.
