I was wondering trading I I got a level 38 Dragonite. I know it doesn't evolve untill level 55. I don't want Nintendo to get made at me and think I'm hacking.

Yep, the only way a low leveled Dragonite can be caught is by SOS chaining. They can be caught at level between 10-59. (The caught location MUST be Poni Gauntlet.)
