would meganium be an efficent tank/cleric?

The thing about Meganium is, he has the stats to be a cleric, but the lack of a supporting ability means he can't absorb stat problems except by wasting valuable Aromatherapys on himself. Miltank has the same problem. The fact that Blissey and Roserade have Natural Cure make them more popular choices. (For instance I'm planning to run a sweeping cleric Roserade). But that dosn't mean cleric Meganium completely lacks potential. Do whatever you want.

However I do recommend ditching Noctowl in favor of a more powerful flier like Togekiss.

counter ROCKS on meganium. i highly suggest it. earthquake really comes in handy with meganium specifically in my team, but if you prefer energy ball for the STAB, then that's fine.

i would use togekiss but she cant learn whirlwind/roar. if that were the case, noctowl would be gone. also noctowl has hypnosis.
