Just quickly updating this to it's current status (or what it will be anyway), so please comment on it and let me know what you think.

    2x pot of duality
    1x monster reborn
    1x dark hole

I am not sure why you are running Ragigura if you are trying to streamline your build... Saber Slash is somewhat bad as well in Sabers. You could do worse than to cut to only 2 Faultroll, but three is fine as well. I really like Emmersblade at three, but two is okay.

You need more Solemn Warnings... but you knew that already, did you not? Trap Stun is not necessarily as good as Seven Tools, at times, but it is definitely the defensive trap of choice for Sabers, who want to launch a Hyunlei sweep often. If you really cannot buy more Solemn Warning, Saber Hole is sometimes an acceptable substitute.

I like ragigura in this build because it contributes to the combo where you eliminate your opponents hand which isn't really pull off able without him. Plus I like him. Good call on saber hole but what should I cut for it/ warning? Alsowhat should I cut slash for? Maybe a saber hole?

Um, yes. Slash isn't that good any more; I mean nobody runs Decree, and it sucks against monster-based decks because those decks very often have a Stardust or something (see: Debris-based decks) making Slash worthless. So definitely play Hole.

The Ragigura Faultroll Infinite Loop combo is decent, but kind of not very good sometimes if you don't consistently fetch up Ragigura as he is usually a fairly dead draw (if he's not summoned by Rat or Emmersblade he is basically a Monster Reincarnation that makes you take massive damage from the ensuing attack in exchange for discarding a card, and he makes you slow). You only ran 2 Rat/Emmersblade, so...

Perhaps you should try to fit in another Solemn Warning, because it is a brilliant card, and I definately recomend putting another one in, perhaps removing one GEC or Trap Stun (just a suggestion). You also beat me to posting an X-Saber Deck. I was going to post one in few minutes xD

Since you are inexperienced with sabers you won't know what a fantastic card gottoms emergency call is, it's cruel and harsh for your opponent but I love it. It's just come out in ultra rare recently and it looks awesome. Anything else guys?..

good old x sabers i top 4'd with these in my local tournaments on several occasions usually getting beaten by lightsworn or d.a.d based decks lol saber hole i maxed out on and used 2 slash max airbellum and emmersblade for hyunlei. my deck was based around mass destruction and synchro. my opponent usually could not keep up with the speed. by turn 3 i usually had full field and hand advantage. with the faultroll regigura hand combo mix it with fulhelm or airbellum and i could make a few synchro a turn also. best game i had with these was top 2 against a glad beast deck. i lost in the end but i managed to win 2nd round with 2 stardusts and 2 gottoms on the field xD i played 1 of the common lv 2 tuner i dont think hes very useful tbh xD

EDIT: omg gottoms emergency call is the best card ever it wins games for me!!

Those numbers are horribly wrong, Snivysaur. That doesn't work.

Regarding the topic of X-Sabers. You definitely need another Saber Hole or Solemn Warning. The monster summon negation is really, really important.

do have another warning in there but unfortunately I can't edit it up top.
Btw I've swapped my stuns for seven tools, wise choice?

Mmm... Stuns are like Cold Waves and setup Hyunlei turns. Seven Tools do something very different.

It's your choice honestly, but I'd not recommend dropping Stun for Bandit.

I think you should try and incorporate a Stun in there somewhere, but its a matter of opinion. Otherwise, I think trap-wise, it looks very good.
