    Pokemon:

    4 Xerneas
    1 Xerneas EX
    1 Natu
    1 Xatu
    1 Pumpkabu
    1 Gourgeist
    1 Misdreavus
    1 Mismagius
1 Kyurem (With outrage for 2 colorless energies)
    1 Reshiram (Same as Kyurem)
    1 Mr. Mime
    1 Hoothoot
    1 Noctowl
    1 Mew Ex
    1 Eevee
    1 Espeon

    Trainer Cards:
    3 Tierno
    2 Pokemon Catcher
    2 Switch
    2 Team Flare Grunt
    2 Pokemon Communication
    2 Professor's Letter
    1 Bianca
    1 Great Ball
    1 Evosoda
    1 Muscle Band
    1 Fairy Garden
    1 Super Potion
    1 Energy Retrieval
    1 Skyla
    1 Professor Sycamore

    Energies:
    11 Fairy Energy
    7 Psychic Energy
    1 Double Colorless

This deck is a heavily modified version of resilient life. I do very well against my friends with this deck but i'd like to know the weaknesses and faults in it. Thanks!

Basically, the strategy is to get xerneas out and geomancy the ever-living crap out of my deck to build up my bench.

I'm not sure if I have too much the right to judge people because I recently started playing, but from my experience, you need to cut down on trainers and energy and add more trainers/ supporters
it usually is 9- 13 pokemon, 25 - 35 Trainers, and 9 - 17 energy (depending on the type of deck)

    I have to point out,

You have 5x 1-1 evolution lines going, none which really speed up your deck.
Since there is only 1 of each card in the line, one part could easily be left in the prize cards

    and about those pokemon:
    Spoiler:

My point is, these cards, and most of the psychic pokemon and energy you have aren't helping the main point of your deck. If you want to focus on using Xerneas, I have a few Ideas in mind:

    • Get rid of the psychic pokemon and energy
    • add more double colorless
    • Use Aromatisse, a pokemon which can move the energy from Geomancy back to Xerneas or Xerneas EX
    • Put more hand refreshing supporters in there: Professor Juniper/Sycamore, N, or even Shauna

BTW, Pokemon communication is out of the current format. I advise replacing it with Ultra ball and more Skyla if you want to participate in official tournaments
and add 1 or 2 more fairy garden, its a good card.

It might be hard to make such changes to your deck immediately and get the necessary cards. I advise trying to make and test this deck online. It really gives good experience

I have seen, and said this time and again. DO NOT MODIFY THEME DECKS. I think theme decks are a cool, quick way to get cards for popular decks (Like Aromatise in Resilliant life for the popular fairy deck)
There is no real way to do it really well either.

But, the "popular fairy deck" started out as a modified theme deck. Modifying theme decks allow new players to think of new and better strategies. Its how many players start out, and it really gives them a hands on experience with fixing decks in the right direction

Starting out with a random pile of cards is going to be really hard to modify

I am trying to think of another example of a moded theme deck actually worked.

And to clarify, moded theme decks+Random piles of cards=mediocre at best decks. But if you are up to the challeange, be my guest, if you design "The new Fairy deck" find me, I love discussing decks with its creators.
