Why hello there ladies and gentlemen. I figured that i want to start a thread where i review a bunch of video games for the heck of it, mainly on games that have been released from the past year to this year. Also remembering le forum's past versions we did have video game reviews posted by members of this community back in the day and i want to simply press x to pay my respects to those who made them before.

Also reviewing video games has always been a hobby of mine since high school since not only do i get to play some video games but i am also able to test some of my writing and even critical thinking skills. So with the community's blessing, i hope that i get started in reviewing some games of my choosing then ill be accepting some community suggustions as well.

My primary platform will be on PC but if possible i might to consores such as ps4 and xbox1. I also own a 3ds so i might to 3ds games as well.

What to expect on my reviews?
    A) very analytical analysis of said game im reviewing
    B) very well crafted efforts to explain all aspects of the gameplay including the graphics, sound design, and overall premise.
    C) loads of screenshots to show what the game looks like. And this is why my promary platform will be on pc since its easy to get clear screenshots of such.
    D) if a game ill be reviewing may end up "bad", rather than just ripping and tearig said game a new dunghole, ill friendily suggest means on how said game could have or could be made better. Heck ill rven do this to games that are deemed good too.

    E) my review style is going to be a "my thoughts" kind of form where other than doing a simple review, i talk about how said game affected me among other things

What to expect in my lineup of reviews which hopefully can come out soon:
    A. The Doom reboot aka Doom 2016 since this is a game i have been preparing to review since last year so it will be a Very Late review. I have been dreading and preparing this review since the day i started killing my forst few 2016 imps and barons. I have 50 sheets of legal sized paper with nothing but some words and sentrnces associated for my review. Also i have a lot of things to say about this game, both the good touches and the not so good touches.

    B. Community suggestion a
    C. Community suggestion b

Community suggestions will be based on some recommendations from friends and fellow users. But do remember, if i dont have the game, i can't review it unless i get lucky enough to get it theough various means such as a sale or resulting to questionable measures. I wont be asking for donations or anything since i dont want to be a hassle to anyone. I have irl friends to ask for donations too ;)

    Extra details:
Community Suggestion A - A game you ladies want me to make a review off based from your open suggestions.
Community Suggestion B - A game you want me to rip and tear a new bunghole open, which in turn may be a REALLY bad game or a game that everyone thinks is good but is blinded from reality.

    D. Homefront: the revolution - another game that ive been dying to make a review of.
    E. whatever i feel like reviewing. This is mainly to keep up some activity just in case i start getting lazy.

Anyway i hope that i can start up. Posts and discussions here can be your suggestions, recommendations and even some recommended inputs on how the reviews should go by.

I hope we can get the vg reviews train rolling once again. Ill do my best efforts to get the reviews started.

Reviews will start AS SOON AS I CAN.

It's a shame the LPs and reviews subforum was killed off due to inactivity, but if there's more interest in writing reviews, I'd love to at least make a thread prefix/tag for it. :) I know we play very different games so I won't be throwing out any suggestions for future reviews just yet, but I'll give my input when there's a few options to choose from!

Considering that half of the time im playing video games left and right, and even talking out loud on how i would narrate and deliver my review lines (because im a lunatic), rest assured that ill keep the reviews of video games more active than a secksual tyrannosaurus would.

I forgot to mention that im willing to do tag team reviews with other community members provided that i have the game and a lucky member also has. Tag team reviews to me are helpful since it enables me to have fun with something along with a willing accomplice. Though of course, ill be the one asking members and their consent regarding tag teams.

As far as genres go, i do not have an exact or concrete platform as of now unless its obvious to people who bravely stalk my profile >;) also as a sneak peak... aside from what ive mentioned, ill be doing a review for the PC port of Hyperdimension Neptunia as a side project since i need to get that out of the system (and also to prove that i wont be just reviewing shooters ;) )

Holy f-----ing &&&& i have not posted in a while mainly on my upcoming game reviews. Perhaps i'll provide some updates on what im planning:

    A) Wolfenstein: The New Order - this is in honor of the recently announced Sequel in E3 in Wolfenstein II: The new colossus and as a means of getting everyone up to steam, ill do a sort of retrospective on Wolfenstein as a franchise but will focus highly on The New Order as this is the wolfenstein game that people may be more familiar with.

ive actually written at least a quarter of the drafts in my note sheets.

    B) Duke Nukem retrospective - just another random thing i was thinking about mainly on Duke Nukem as a character, why he worked, and a rather detailed discussion on why Duke Nukem 3D was a hit while Duke anukem Forevet was a piece of @@@t.

    C) Retroish review - The legend of dragoon.
Another game that i kinda want to talk about and give a sort of overly serious analysis on why this game was something. Though kinda unlikely that ill push through with it.

    D) and of course anything released within this year (2017) to keep up with the times.
[eg: Vanquish pc port, Sniper Ghost Warrior 3, as some past month examples and of course any of the upcoming games i can get my hands on asap)
