    Hello everybody,

I've been ROM hacking for like two months now, and I've stumbled on a problem I just can't seem to fix.
When I try to edit the applymovement in the Prof. Oak script (where he stops you and then walks to the lab), it somehow duplicates the movements.

So it should be like this:
    #org 0x165705
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x10 'Step Down (Normal)
    #raw 0x12 'Step Left (Normal)
    #raw 0x12 'Step Left (Normal)
    #raw 0x12 'Step Left (Normal)
    #raw 0x12 'Step Left (Normal)
    #raw 0x12 'Step Left (Normal)
    #raw 0x12 'Step Left (Normal)
    #raw 0x2E 'Face Up (Delayed)
    #raw 0xFE 'End of Movements

But then it changes to this after I compile the script and re-open the script.

    #raw 0x12 'Step Left (Normal)
    #raw 0x2E 'Face Up (Delayed)
    #raw 0xFE 'End of Movements

Could someone tell me how I can prevent this from happening?

The problem here is very simple, I think. Since you edited the script the problem is that you might edited the script and made it bigger meaning it took another space onto another offset that has already been taken by other scripts. I suggest it's better off making a new one than editing the original script c:
