Hello.Welcome.This is my art gallery.I love making new(buy yet so wierd....)pokemon sprites.This I made up today:

It's name is:Scarrow.It's No.388.It's a Halloween pokemon!Here is the pokedex entry:
A scary pokemon that can only be seen on Halloween night.It sometimes steals candy from young children.If it stays out too late,you will see this pokemon constantly running into things.

Well,I was drawing a Raichu,but I messed up.Then I just added parts from pokemon!Look at my new christmas deoxys:
