I'm not sure if it's YAPE or what, but this Firered ROM i hacked was working fine until some of my custom PKMN woouldn't evolve. Any reasons as to why that is?

Sorry to hear about that, but that's why ya gotta make a backup before you do anything when it comes to ROM hacking. Making a good habit of it is the key. Other than that, try posting your concern in the Simple Questions Thread over in ROM Hacking. They'll know.
