Pokemon Jasper (another Pokemon hack, info inside)

INTRODUCTION
What do you want to know?

Hello my name is UltimaZelfier and I've been attempting to start my own hack for about a month now. It is still on plotting status so please bear with me. You can also suggest any name for the hack. A name that sticks with the storyline please.

HACK NAME: Pokemon Jasper (as of now)
ROM BASE: Ruby (U)

STORYLINE
Speaking of Storyline!!

Welcome to Rana Region. You and your family decided that you should move with them in Rana Region. After cleaning up your room your mother sent you to deliver a mail to your dad in,which is by the way in Sinnoh, in the Post Office. She warned you not to go through tall grass because of wild Pokemon. In the Post Office you met your uncle, which is Birch by the way. He is looking for his son/daughter. He send you to go find him/her with a help from your first Pokemon. He will give you a choice of 3 Pokemon, Ralts/Machop/Poochyena.

You go and find your cousin and meet him in a small route. After talking to her a man with a black dress came and challnged you to a battle. After the battle with the Rocket guy, he kidnapped your cousin. You hurriedly ran to your uncle and report to him what happened. He gives you 5 pokeballs and a Pokedex in order to capture Pokemon and help him look for your cousin. You will meet him in every town and look for clues.

What has happened to your cousin?
Why is there a Rocket Grunt in Rana?
Well me, its a secret. Find it out by supporting the hack!!

FEATURES
What do you expect?

• A new region (Rana)
• Some Sinnoh Pokemon
• New starters (Ralts, Poochyena, Machop)
• Poochyena has a new evolution!!
• Machoke will evolve at lv. 40 to Machamp.
• All the starters have new stats.
• Other things I am lazy to write.

Good starter pokemon, i like how it's not the original starters :D
It's good to see another evolution fr poocheyena :D
Lastly-
I like how you've kind of kept us in suspense for Machoke to evolve, that makes us play the game longer :)
