I'm sorry, but I don't see how this deck could possibly be successful. Your deck doesn't seem focused in the slightest, your strategies are all over the place. To get Blue-eyes out on the field, all you need is Kaibaman x3 and The White Stone of Legend x3. Possibly Totem Dragon and Masked Dragon, also at x2-3 each. Any other card spent on trying to summon Blue-eyes is a waste of a spot, and a dead draw. Especially Paladin of White Dragon, that thing is horrible.
Next up, Fusions. Polymerization is not how you want to play those. Dragons have access to Dragon's Mirror, which allows you to get your materials from the grave. Much better. Future Fusion is okay though.
Other cards you should probably run are Burst Stream of Destruction, Stamping Destruction, A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon and Swing of Memories. Red-eyes Darkness Metal Dragon is great too, but that requires an entirely different deck.

Lastly, Heavy Storm is banned, and Magic Cylinder and The Transmigration Prophecy are two incredibly bad cards.

Yay! Another Dragon deck! I love these! Lets have fun eh? Well, I'm starting with monsters:

Ok this is my Blue-eyes White Dragon deck everyone please review and tell me what you think.

    Monsters (20)
    Blue-eyes White Dragon (x3)
    Blue-eyes Shining Dragon
    Decoy Dragon
    Paladin of White Dragon

    The White Stone of Legend
    Totem Dragon
    Kaiser Sea Horse
    Kaibaman
    Mirage Dragon
    Marshmallon
Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands
    Honest
    Gellenduo
    Spirit Reaper
    Dragonic Guard

    Exploder Dragon
    Hardened Armed Dragon
    Masked Dragon

Right, get rid of all of the BOLD monsters, please. For dragons, they are all unnecessary, and just take up space for all the useful stuff. I will explain, because I actually have time to do that today xD Well, starting at the top, Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon is almost always a dead-draw because you'll rarely summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate that easily. It doesn't work at all. Decoy dragon may pull out powerful monsters, but another Dragon does that better and you NEED three of it; Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon. Now don't slag me off because I said 'Red-Eyes' when its supposed to be a 'Blue-Eyes' deck. EVERY dragon themed deck needs THREE of these, no matter what your key card is. Include them both. Next is Paladin of White Dragon. Well, granted, it does pull Blue-Eyes easily, but that again can be done easily by REDMD. Getting Paladin is very hard, because it is ritual and requires you to focus around it more, when its not a very good dragon/warrior (forgot which one x]) for this deck. Next up are Kaiser Sea Horse, Kaibaman, Mirage Dragon, Marshmallon (Marshmallon!?!), Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands, Honest (really DOESN'T work here...), Gellenduo, Spirit Reaper, Dragonic Guard. Why are those there? They really, aren't necessary at all, apart from a couple for the ritual bit, which has gone. And Harden Armed Dragon is just totally rubbish. As I've counted that's 13 monsters removed. Filling those places should be:
    +2 Masked Dragon
+2 White Night Dragon/Prime Material Dragon (Prime is better, but its preference, y'know?)
    +2 Blizzard Dragon
    +1 Totem Dragon
    +1 Exploder Dragon
+1 Genesis Dragon/Light and Darkness Dragon (Preference again, though Genesis is a thousand times better imo)
    +3 Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon
    +1 White Stone of Legend
    +2 Dread Dragon
    +1 Delta Flyer

Now, you NEED 3 Masked Dragon. It is soooooooo useful. WND/PMD are protection cards and beatsticks (as all dragons naturally are :p). Blizzard DRagon has an amazing stopper for monsters that are tricky to deal with. Totem is tribute fodder and defence should it come to it. Exploder is to make tricky monsters go bang, and two is more consistent. Genesis is a legendary dragon! It is a really amazing card. LADD is also really good, but then again, Genesis is better, WAY better. REDMD is absolutely necessary, if you want to throw out dragons like there's no tomorrow, and wake up previously defeated dragons. Its THAT good! White Stone is good at two in this deck, for Blue-Eyes searching. Dread Dragon is a level two tuner, making it easy for level sixes, and level eights (if you chose PMD). Delta Flyer makes it easy for a wide range of synchro levels.

    Spells (10)
    White Dragon Ritual
    Swords of Revealing Light
    Soul Exchange
    Star Blast
    Polymerization
    Mystical Space Typhoon
    Heavy Storm
    Giant Trunade

    Future Fusion
    Ancient Rules

Again, remove everything that is BOLD. From the top again, White Dragon Ritual goes along with Paladin. Swords is useless, unnecessary and your opponent will usually be often unable to beat over your dragons anyway. Soul Exchange isn't needed. Tributed Dragons can be revived anyway, so there is no point, it takes up space. Star Blast is really out of place. You are wasting life points when its dead easy to special summon dragons anyway. Polymerization, well, its up to you. You CAN remove it, if you want (I would) but its up to you. I feel Future Fusion serves well enough anyway. Mystical Space Typhoon can be removed, and placed into a side deck, because I have replaced it. This card is better at one, and its called Stamping Destruction. Heavy Storm is banned dear, you can't use it anymore. Giant Trunade is a good card, but there are better cards that take its place in this deck anyway. Ancient Rules is completely unecessary. That makes 9 spells removed, no? However, we over topped on the monsters (which is fine, for dragons) so you need only replace six of these:
+1 A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon
    +2 Book of Moon
    +1 Monster Reborn
    +1 Dark Hole
    +1 Stamping Destruction

Here's why. A Wingbeat destroys your opponents backrow, if you have none, and acts as a replacement for Heavy Storm and in a Trap reliant metagame, it is very helpful. MST is usefull for nitpicking, and destroying that annoying Solemn Judgment, Mirror Force, or anything else unwanted. Book of Moon has to be one of my favourite cards in the game. The versatility and usefulness of that card is unbelievable. Monster Reborn and Dark Hole are now limited (at 1) so you can use them again (Yay!) and they are very helpful indeed. Most necessary. Stamping Destruction is your MST replacement, because MST at one is quite inconsistent, at least Stamping is good at one.

    Traps (10)
    Bottomless Trap Hole
    Call of the Haunted
    Compulsory Evacuation Device
    Dark Bribe
    Dust Tornado
    Interdimensional Matter Transporter
    Magic Cylinder

    Mirror Force
    Solemn Judgment
    The Transmigration Prophecy

Once again, BOLD means take out. Now, from the top. Call is a good card, yes, but not needed after you put in Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon. You can revive dragons like *clicks fingers* that with it, so there's no point. And Monster Reborn brings back your REDMD should it go down anyway, so yay! Compulsory is also good, but not needed. Other cards are more necessary than it anyway. Dark Bribe is very good, but Seven Tools of the Bandit does it better. Dust Tornado is unnecessary with two Mystical Space Typhoons. Interdimensional Matter Transporter is useless, because it leaves you more open for attack. Magic Cylinder is out-classed by a lot of other traps. TTP is also weird here. That makes 7 taken out. The remaining 7 spaces should be filled accordingly:
    +1 Bottomless Trap Hole
    +2 Solemn Warning
+2 Seven Tools of the Bandit
    +1 Burst Breath
    +1 Torrential Tribute

Why you ask? Bottomless Trap Hole is crazy, removing a monster from play. Solemn Warning removes the threat of the Priority effects. Seven Tools is really good in this meta, stopping traps in this 'trap reliant' metagame. It can negate any trap, so counters everything in red, including Solemn Judgment for crying out loud! Burst Breath is for crazy destruction, as most dragon's have amazing attack, and if you use it with Five-Headed or Blue-Eyes Ultimate, well... Torrential wipes monsters, should you be left open, which is very useful.

    Extra
    Blue-eyes Ultmate Dragon
    Five-Headed Dragon

Well, with The White Stone of Legend in your deck, I can't believe you neglected synchros! Well, keep the two there, but make sure you add all the really awesomesauce synchros that you forgot, when you forgot about tuners as well. Add most of these 13 (if not all):
    +2 Stardust Dragon
    +1 Red Dragon Archfiend
    +1 Red Nova Dragon
    +2 Black Rose Dragon
    +1 Ally of Justice Catastor
+1 Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
+1 Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier/Mist Wurm
    +1 Thought Ruler Archfiend
    +1 Trident Dragion
    +1 Goyo Guardian
    +1 Iron Chain Dragon

Right, Stardust is your classic protection agent, negating and destroying any effect that destroys something, like Solemn Warning or Bottomless. Red Dragon Archfiend, imo, is actually really good. If you can get two Dread Dragon out, with it on the field (its not very hard at all, in my experience, I've done it several times in one duel) you can synch for Red Nova, Now Red Nova is such a broken card. It can be destroyed by effects, can negate an attack from anything, and gains five hundred for every tuner in your graveyard, which automatically gives it a 1000 point boost (except in extraordinary circumstances). Black Rose Dragon is for field destruction. Bang and the field is gone(!) Catastor is awesome, and can overcome anything that is not dark. How awesome is that? Brionac is a must. Returning synchros to the deck by a discard is freakishly good, and it has good attack points for a level six. Trish is easily MY favourite card, because it has an awesomesauce effect, removing three useful items from play. One already in use, from the field, one from the hand, and one from the graveyard. Mist Wurm returns three cards to the hand, so not AS good, but brilliant none the less, and equals Stardust, which is good two. Thought Ruler is for when you need life point restoration. Trident can deal up to 9000 attack damage in total, if its effect is used, which is an OTK if done well. Goyo is absolutely brilliant for a level six, and has awesome attack as well. And last but not least is Iron Chain. Bumps heads with Stardust, is level six and has a rather harsh milling effect. If used multiple times, it can make your opponent lose some good cards.

I feel pretty experienced now, with dragons as they are my favoured archetype. I have learnt a lot from reading other, more experienced members posts and also from tournaments in my area. So please don't shoot me off if you see a monster you do not like, because all cards are there to help the deck run smoothly and efficiently, and to create a powerful deck to use. I have created a deck list, which is the card recommendations all put together from earlier, if you wish to use it:
    Spoiler:

From what I can see it looks like a pretty formidable deck. I like your choice of most of the spell and traps though it seems like the whole deck is revolving around the Five Headed Dragon and the Ultimite Dragon. This is not a bad thing its just both of those can be hard to bring out quickly.
    Just wanted to mention that.

I'm sorry, but I don't see how this deck could possibly be successful. Your deck doesn't seem focused in the slightest, your strategies are all over the place. Kholdy, very BAD indeed. What you've said for dragons is pretty bad indeed. Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon is STAPLE in any deck that focuses around any DRAGON. Also, Dragon's Mirror is also, very bad. It removed valuable Dragon material from your grave, so not very useful in the grand scheme of things. Swing of Memories is unnecessary too, and Burst Stream of Destruction is bad. Run Lightning Vortex instead. My rating says what the deck would look best at though.
