Although I want you guys to keep rating my frog build, my brother's batteryman deck has recently one like three locals in a row so I decided to put it here as well. The strategy is pretty simple. Batteryman Charger/Micro-Cell specials AA, flip over IRS, summon 2 more, and Short Circuit for game. When you don't draw the OTK, swarm and bounce foe's cards with Fuel Cell & Industrial Strength and add in a Charger for some direct attacks that pack a strong punch. Also Wattfox is a tuner which brings many possibilites.
