YGO Decktype Compendium

There's surprisingly a lot of working decktypes in Yugioh. Although not all of them are tier 1 decks, or decks that have won SJC and other famous competitions before, they're still worth noting to prepare against them in the form of rogue decks or simply transform them into something better.

So, what decktypes do you know of for Yugioh? State them here and I'll add to the list!
List their names (if they got any, eg. PACMAN) and perhaps even a few key cards that they use. Let's try to assemble all of the known decktypes.

(Some cards use a variability of combo. List them too! I'm pretty sure that Chimeratech Overdragon got a lot of variants...)

List the old banned decktypes too. I didn't join YGO until relatively recent, so I'll probably miss a lot of this one.

I added Yata Dragon to its own section, because when Yata Garasu is around, did people honestly use both BLS and CED in the same deck to use Yata Garasu? While BLS is stuck in everything back then I imagine, I thought that CED is always the key to opening up Yata lock.


Can anyone actually tell me how Magical Scientist works besides "there's a scientist and there's a catapult turtle" somewhere?
