What I see at first is decent, but can be waaay better. Now it looks like you want a Blue-Eyes deck, which is fine (I prefer to run without the Blue-Eyes, but it makes a change ;) )

So, you really should do something like this:
-1 The White Stone of Legend
    -1 Light and Darkness Dragon
-1 Prime Material Dragon (Optional, depends on your preferances)
-2 Red-Eyes Wyvern (I tend to do this preferably, because they aren't absolutely necessary, unless you run Future Fusion)
    -1 Debris Dragon
    -2 Trade-In
    -2 Cards of Consonance
-2 Gold Sarcophagus (Its too slow for Dragons, by the time you get the card, the game will have moved on past that.)
    -1 Future Fusion
    -1 Call of the Haunted

    +1 Masked Dragon
    +2 Blizzard Dragon
+2 White Night Dragon/+1 Prime Material Dragon - If you didn't remove the other.
    +2 Koa'ki Meiru Drago
    +1 Delta Flyer
+2 Pot of Duality (If you can't afford these then go for +1 Lighning Vortex +1 Mind Control)
    +2 Book of Moon
+1 A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon
    +1 Stamping Destruction
    +1 Burst Breath
    +1 Mirror Force

Basically, I've removed the stuff that you either have too much of, or too little of, or stuff that's not necessary. You had too many White Stones for the deck, they were using up a Masked Dragon slot, and you should always have three in a dragon deck. Blizzard Dragon is a fantasic card, and stops your opponent doing much with their monster, and White Night is just a personal perferation. If you prefer Prime, keep two of them, don't just have one. Koa'ki Meiru Drago is awesome against Dark and Light decks, such as Zombies and Lightsworns, Stopping DAD and JD right in their tracks. The high attack allows it to be a formidable level 4. Delta Flyer allows for delicious synchoing, being able to go for level 5s, all the way to level 10's with just it and another monster.

Your spell and traps were alright, but some weren't necessary in the numbers you had. 1 Cards and Trade-In are enough, I think, if you must keep them, though I would remove them altogether. Pot of Duality is an awesome card in any deck, though it is expensive, so maybe you'd rather have a lightning vortex and mind control. Book of Moon is epicly awesome, and is irreplaceable. A Wingbeat is epic at beginning of turn usage, and Stamping is MST with life point damage almost. Trap wise, you just need a Mirror Force, and a Burst breath is nice to have, and that's it. Any querries Cirrus? xD

Arguably the Trade-In and Cards of Consonance engines are far too clunky. I've played with Trade-In; it was subpar unless you played about 6 level 8s that actually did something other than be Trade-In fodder for you (Archlord Kristya, Van'Dalgyon, etc). Cards of Consonance is really cool but not in this deck - you want to be able to +1 off it with Dragunity Phalanx or Aklys, really, and White Stone into Blue-Eyes, although it is a +1... Blue-Eyes is something that might sit dead in your hand for a while before you draw into Trade-In. I actually have never been too much of a fan of these discard-based draw cards (except for the awesome Cards of Consonance, which combos well with Dragon Canyon).

Anyway, two pieces of general advice. Prime Material is probably a lot more awesome than White Night (MBaaS on a stick!). You could run 2 Delta Flyers. If you cut 2 Trade-Ins and 2 Cards, you might as well cut all of them.

Well there you go. Is Prime Material really that much better than White Night though? I use it, and it performs excellently, since it can't be bottomlessed. I reckon, its just personal preference. Still, Prime does work well, but any level four + Delta Flyer = Stardust, which does the same job. And yeah, you could probably cut Cards and Trade-In altogether. I would put in two Dread Dragon if you do remove them completely, because you can go for more Synchros easily then. Delta Flyer can be easily pulled anyway, with Dread, or Masked Dragon.
