No, it doesn't die to Royal Decree (we have played against QUITE A FEW Decree decks) because of Breaker and Gemini Spark (my friend was piloting this and was like "GEMINI SPARK THAT FACEDOWN MONSTER" instead of killing Decree, and I was like ":\", but we topdecked Breaker with four Traps facedown including an Oppression so everything was oooookay).
Ask for explanations. Too lazy to give them atm.
