So I looked at some Youtube videos. I saw a playmat featuring Harpie Queen. As I am a purveyor of card arts (as in, my favourite decks are centered around them sometimes - see Windwright Mage and Esper beatdown), I kind of gasped at seeing such an awesome art on such an awesome Attack stat.
Then I had an idea.
I fetched up some Harpie Lady support. It was a very fruitful endeavor.
You see, on Duel Monsters Genesis the card description for Harpie's Feather Storm reads as follows.

Counter Trap
Activate only if you control a face up "Harpie Lady". Negate the activation of an Effect Monster's effect and destroy it.

So I came up with this handy deck.

So the deck runs like 7 Counter Traps. I'm thinking of switching out Seven Tools for Icarus Attack and I've been playing around with some numbers on Warning and Feather Storm (both added together always equal 5, but I'm trying out 2-3 and 3-2 splits), but it looks pretty solid and fun. Hysteric Party has been put into consideration as well over Dark Hole, just for more S/T destruction and quick swarming.
I'm not sure why the random Raiza is there, but it's been pretty good as a tech thing when I rush for game. Alector has been pretty decent, negating random things and beating face. I feel the 1 Shaman is a little unnecessary, but it's okay Tribute Fodder and bounces Queen or Lady to convert my unused Normal Summon into a Lyla-esque thing. Gale is just good. Thunder King is extremely solid and good against Darksoul and pals, as well as Synchros. Cyber Dragon is a really big beatstick and becomes a Lightning Vortex in Machine deck matchups, as I have 2 Chimeratech Fortress Dragons in the Extra (due to lots of space).
That is basically the deck. Harpie Ladies are useful both for the Divine Wrath element and for the S/T destruction element, and is a decent engine.
