Looks like I got a lot of Crit coming at me with this. Here is my starting of a Cyber Dragon Deck:

    Total: 42
    Monsters: 21
    Cyber Dragon x2
    Cyber Dragon Zwei x3
    Cyber Barrier Dragon x2
    Cyber Laser Dragon x1
    Proto-Cyber Dragon x3
    Cyber Kirin x1
    Cyber Valley x2
    Cyber Eltanin x1
    The Light-Hex-Sealed Fusion x2
    Jinzo x1
    Armoured Cybern x3

    Spells: 12
    Heavy Storm x1
    Lightning Votex x1
    Photon Generator Unit x1
    Super Polymerisation x1
    Future Fusion x1
    Power Bond x3
    Limiter Removal x1
    Magamorph x1
    Overload Fusion x1
    Reasoning x1

    Traps: 9
    Sakuretsu Armour x2
    Attack Reflector Unit x2
    DNA Surgery x1
    Bottomless Trap Hole x2
    Mirror Force x1
Return from the Different Dimension x1

So as usual any C&C welcome just not really harsh. So that is my CYber Deck. Please comment as appropriate. Thanks!

Yes, I would like to bump this up because I would like it rated please.

Well there's not really much to say because this is a theme deck. I'd suggest immediately dropping Barrier Dragon (and Attack Reflector Unit) because he's a horrid card. Really, really horrid. Cyber Kirin isn't a very useful card either.

Evolutionary Burst is a nice card, but I'd prefer to see cards like Heavy Storm, Mystical Space Typhoon, Giant Trunade, and Lightning Vortex before that card. Exchange one Megamorph for one Power Bond. One Super Polymerization can be subbed out for another Power Bond. edit You might also want to consider using Reasoning, as you have lots of different levels in this deck and it will net you a lot of deck thinning + maybe a new monster (or more Overload fodder if it doesn't work). edit2 Photon Generator Unit takes one two many Cyber Dragons to make. If it gets negated, you're going to end up losing two monsters. If it works, you're not getting much in return, tbh. Run Cyber Laser Dragon in ones at most because Photon can summon from anywhere (except RFP).

Remove all the traps you have listed already. Cybernetic jfowujroiw4u Technology is much, much worse than Sakuretsu Armor since you lose a monster too. Mirror Force and Torrential Tribute should be used as well. Attack Reflector Unit is a bad card altogether. Ring of Destruction is banned in Advanced Format. Things you might consider are Bottomless Trap Hole, and other staple cards. DNA Surgery can stay JUST because of Chimeratech Fortress Dragon.

edit3 Alright, so the main problem I see with this deck is that it lacks ways to gain field advantage, mainly relying on summoning and hoping your foe doesn't destroy your Cyber Dragons before you get several on the Field. The strongest card in this deck currently is Power Bond, along with Cyber Twin Dragon for the OTK. You NEED ways to Special Summon Cyber Dragon from the Graveyard and ways to pull out Zwei and Proto from the Deck. Eltanin and Overdragon can be strong, but really only if you draw Future Fusion first (and they aren't really that strong based on the cost). In addition, if you run Overload and Eltanin, you might as well splash a copy of Return from the Different Dimension in there.

I suggest you play either Gradius Games with Honest and Riryoku and Cyber Dragon or Chaos Machines, with Dekoichi and Black Salvo.

This build has no advantage engine, and that is ungood. Like Gymnotide said, Photon Generator Unit is bad. Attack Reflector Unit is just as bad. Megamorph is bad 'cause it's an equip card (D: 2-for-1'd by Dimensional Prison, Mirror Force, etc!) Your deck also lacks a ton of staples. DNA Surgery is... ok, actually, since Cyber Dragon is now like a Lightning Vortex that blows up your opponent's field, and nets you a decent-sized monster in return! I'd like to see a lot more staples before Evolutionary Burst, and I don't like it at all. Cyber Valley is rather random in here. Armored Cybern is pretty bad, and you might as well run 3 Shining Angel to pull out Messieurs Zwei and Proto.

Yup, if only Union Monsters were a bit more versatile... Then I'd like Cybern a whole lot more. The ATK drop from that kitty is temporary, after all.

The only really versatile Union monsters are Machina Gearframe and Peacekeeper. Peacekeeper because it fetches Gearframe and is usually a neutral or even a +1 in some circumstances, Gearframe because you can slap it onto an instant Fortress.

Updated and hopefully better. Thanks for the advice so far!
