So I've decided to update my deck because of the new banlist and also with a few new tech choices as well. So without further ado:

    Main Deck: 40
    Monsters: 23
[1] Black Luster Soldier-Envoy of the Beginning
    [1] Card Trooper
    [1] Dandylion
    [1] Debris Dragon
    [2] Doppelwarrior
    [2] Effect Veiler
    [1] Glow-Up Bulb
[1] Gorz the Emissary of Darkness
    [2] Junk Synchron
    [1] Lonefire Blossom
    [3] Reborn Tengu
    [2] Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter
    [1] Sangan
    [1] Spore
[3] Tour Guide of the Underworld

Well, I am still unsure about the Junk Synchron and Doppelwarrior numbers, but they look ok to me, and work rather well too. Junk Synchron + Ryko or Doppelwarrior = T.G. Hyper Librarian, and with two CotH its even easier to make 2 level 5s in one turn. Also, three tour guide is great, a free Sangan as soon as you summon it, or summon itself and exceed. Spore and Glow-Up for Formula, and Debris for revival skills plus tuning ability - broken card.

    Spells: 10
    [1] Pot of Avarice
    [1] Heavy Storm
    [1] Dark Hole
    [1] Book of Moon
    [1] Foolish Burial
    [1] Monster Reborn
    [1] Mystical Space Typhoon
    [2] Pot of Duality
    [1] Reinforcement of the Army

Most of this is fairly staple, however the pot of avarice is for recycling ability, and is so helpful when your opponent Dark Hole's you. Tuning is a bit weird, but it is incredibly helpful when you need Junk Synchron, and also mills a helpful Dandylion, or Glow-Up Bulb.

    Traps: 7
    [1] Solemn Judgment
    [2] Solemn Warning
    [1] Torrential Tribute
    [1] Trap Dustshoot
    [2] Call of the Haunted

Right, I have now got a Trap Dustshoot tech'd over Mirror Force, because it is much more useful. Also just the staples, plus 2 Call for revival - Almost staple is it not?

    Extra Deck: 15
    --Synchros--
[1] Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
    [1] Black Rose Dragon
    [1] Ally of Justice Catastor
    [1] Armory Arm
    [1] Shooting Quasar Dragon
    [1] Shooting Star Dragon
    [1] Scrap Dragon
    [1] Stardust Dragon
    [1] T.G. Hyper Librarian
    [1] Formula Synchron
    [1] Iron Chain Dragon
    [1] Junk Warrior
[1] Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
    --Xyz--
    [2] Number 17: Leviathan Dragon

Ok here we have a Junk Warrior, because of its great ATK gaining ability in this deck. Also, while the Xyz rumour isn't true, Leviathan Dragon is a great Xyz to do a Tour Guide > Sangan > Leviathan Dragon > Effect > 2500 + Search. All the others are staple in this deck, and Armory Arm is sooooo useful if I can get it for extra power. Black Luster Soldier is also a GREAT card now. I love it so much, it has been a great help so far, so thank you both Nightstalker and WildEagle for getting it there :3

Looking good son. Just a couple of things. Replace a copy of Tuning with Reinforcement of the Army - it can fetch Junk or Dopple and therefore is more flexible than Tuning. I am not feeling Limit Reverse in this deck, two COTH should be plenty sufficient for your needs. Consider something like Trap Dustshoot over it - Dustshoot is really good now from my testing. By running it you can pincer attack the opponent. Do they set multiple back row to avoid Dustshoot but lose out to Heavy Storm? Or do they hold back on their resources and fall prey to Trap Dustshoot? I am not sure on Mirror Force either for this format. Chainable back row is generally better with Heavy Storm and multiple MSTs whirling around but Mirror Force can single handedly win games. Another option to explore could be Zephiros the Elite. It can recycle your COTH and it's another card which is beneficial to be milled too. Finally I wouldn't mind seeing Gorz / another Effect Veiler in here.

Ok I will definitly take out 1 Tuning for RotA, however, Limit Reverse is very good, bringing back almost anything in my graveyard in a pinch, or should I need synchro fodder, or debris to tune with. And Zephyros really, I don't see me using it in this deck. Besides, four monster revival cards is better than three, more consistency and more chance at pulling of a Quasar easily. Another EV would be the more probably swap, since Gorz is hard to use in this deck, since I rarely have an open field. In fact, I don't remember a time really when I HAVE had an open field, there's always been one token or a small monster or face down left. A Trap Dustshoot may be an idea, however, I am reluctant to pull out Limit Reverse, and there's only one LR in there anyway. I might remove one of the MSTs for it, but probably not LR.

Keep the two MSTs in. If you really like Limit Reverse then fair enough. I do like Zephiros though but that's just personal preference I think. If you pass priority on your monsters, you can use Zephiros to evade Effect Veiler / Bottomless / Book of moon and other stuff like that. Though it's better used on boss monsters though, which your deck doesn't have. Only thing to do is try find space for a second Veiler then.

Ok so to clarify the changes are:

    -1 Tuning
    +1 RotA
    -1 Tour Guide
    +1 Effect Veiler

Does that look alright to you? After all, you only really need two tour guides, right?

No, stick with triple Tour Guide. Easier to access and it makes the second Tour Guide live too. If you can't find space for the second Veiler, just leave it be.

Like Drakow said, keep Tour Guide at three. It is annoying late into the game when you only have 1 Tour Guide in the deck and you draw it, pretty much a dead draw unless you can use it for other effect discarding.

Other than that, I think it looks good! Test test test! :3

Ok then, I'll keep tour guide at three. And this deck has been tested a lot already, and I love it! :3 I only wish they'd release T.G. Hyper Librarian and Shooting Quasar Dragon normally.

Run gorz, it won me loads of games with this deck, other cards you could use are zephiros, lyla (charge can then be used) go to 2 veiler, black luster soldier eotb it's broken firestar-abuse it!!! And I would cut limit reverse coZ that's too much revival and will be a bit cloggy

Ok, I shall cut LR since so many people recommend it, to put in a second Effect Veiler. I shall try that out, and see what happens.

    Run Number 17: Leviathan Dragon.

    You can pretty much go:

Tour Guide > Sangan > #17 > remove sangan > search effect veiler.
Pretty much net you advantages and a 2500+ monster with using 1 card.

Ok then, I shall add Leviathan Dragon into my Extra:

    -1 Steelswarm Roach
    +1 No.17 Leviathan Dragon

    Also:

    -1 Orient Dragon
    +1 Junk Warrior

This is because I don't have enough level fives, and also I am more often than not using Junk Synchron for them. This way, it gets me an extra level five, and upon testing, I got it to 3500 ATK, so its rather good in a fair few situations, especially if Doppelwarrior was the monster used, +800ATK instantly making it a 3100 beatstick.

    I am also considering:

    -1 Steelswarm Roach
    +1 Armory Arm

This is because I have needed to go for a level 4 synchro many more times than I have gone for a rank 4 Xyz (In fact, I have NEVER gone for a level 4 Xyz yet...) So I believe it may be a good choice, however, I may remove Grenosaurus, but level threes happen fairly often, and often more than once in a duel too.

Keep the level 3's, they're pretty much the best xyz right now because of Tour Guide.

Looking at your deck, I would test BLS, because of how fast JunkxDoppel deck fills the grave, you can easily summon a 3000 beater that can attack twice.

Yeah, BLS is already being implicated into the deck, so that's done. I'll re-edit the decklist when I can get on DN to get my deck list.

This BLS test well? And you have two Rota listed on your decklist xD

Lol, thanks WildEagle, I've removed that rogue RotA now XD

BLS went very well, and when someone brought me down to 500 LP I was able to stop Ancient Sacred Wyvern's effect, bring out BLS and from there make an impressive turn around and win. Like a Yusei win I guess :P But yes, I love this deck so much now, and Quasar is so frequent :D
