[YGO] Naturia Bamboo Shoot Discussions

So, seeing as one of the newest card is the talk of the town, I'll be creating a thread for it. Naturia Bamboo Shoot has been deemed as many things, from broken to lame, but I say it's one of the best support cards every created. It's just what Naturias needed - protection. Their amazing synchroing ability gives them huge advantage without Bamboo, but pesky traps and spells like Dark Hole, Bottomless Trap Hole, and others completely stop that strategy and even with Barkion and other synchros, none is more efficient than Bamboo shoot. It really leveled off Naturia's playability.

Bamboo Shoot is by far one of the most potent, yet balanced cards of the game. For one, it's not easily playable and its effect only goes into effect when played from the hand. Second, it has horrid stats and doesn't provide protection against the ever-so-rampant monster effects. Pretty awesome drawbacks for such an awesome lockdown effect, agreed? One of the best cards in terms of gameplay anyway.

Bamboo Shoot is officially unplayable. Pretty much.

Honestly, I don't think it'll make a huge difference. It can only be summoned from the hand, and most people could probably find a way around it using monsters and effects.
