Yomama's DPP Mall
~~~NOTE~~~
This is not nearly complete. I'm saving this thread in intervals so that I don't lose any data after spending like 3 hours working on it. So I'll be saving my progress every 15 minutes or so. You can still respond, but please don't offer any trades yet. Please tell me what you think about the system I've developed! Thanks!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hello and welcome everyone! I am reviving my old trade thread, Yomama's and Comwiz's Flea Market, but it's even better this time! I've even come up with a unique method of doing things. It's called the debit card system. I'd like to think that it's a pretty great system.. in theory, it works well and makes things a lot more organized. It's kind of like I'm starting a Wal-Mart in the DPP world.. and when HG/SS come out I'll be franchising there too. XD But anyways, look below for an explanation of this new method of trading, and look further below that for what I'm trading!
DPP Debit Card
This system is very simple. In the real world, you can get a debit card, and you can't spend more than what's on the debit card. You're not charged extra or anything. It's just a way for you to store your money in a single object. I've transferred this concept over to this trade thread. When you trade with me for the first time, you will be setting up a Debit Card account with me. You won't need to provide me with any information, though! I'm going to use your username as the account holder, your avatar for the card pic, and that's all I will need for you. I'm going to keep receipts of every trade, so you can ask for them at any time. You can ask for a refund at any time. You will receive 90% of the points that you spent if you send the complete inventory that I traded you back to me. Your card will look something like this:
If you would like the color scheme changed, please let me know! All debit cards will be publicly displayed in this thread.
Now how do you gain points, you ask? Well, it's quite simple. Below, I have listed point values for every single thing I need in my game (THOUSANDS of things). That's how many points you'll receive for trading that to me. I've also listed everything I have for trade (Pokemon, Items, Services, etc.), along with point values for each. Whatever you trade me must be equal to or more points than what I trade you. If it is more points, then those excess points will be added to your card, and you get whatever you want for free with those points, as long as you can afford it. Also, any donations you make will add points to your card, depending on the point values I've put in place. You can then use these points at any time to buy anything from my shop.
If you don't understand the system, please shoot me a PM or VM. I'd like to get everyone used to this system, as I believe it will be very effective. ^_^
Anyways, on to the store!! (I will add sprites later on. I just want to get this posted so I can see the responses! There will also be MUCH more design to this. Just check my old thread in my sig to see an example!)
