Welcome to "You make the card!". Today children, we will be making pokemon cards in this thread. It is recommended that you understand the terminologies that go with it, and what we USUALLY do with our notations. Let's begin:
Energy notations:
Lightning - L
Electric - E
Water - W
Fire - R
Fighting - Fi
Psychic - P
Grass - G
Metal - M
Dark - D
Colourless - C
Pokemon template:
Pokemon Name HP [Energy notation for its type]
Stage
Abilities*
Weakness: [energy notations]
Resistance: [energy notations]
Retreat cost: [energy notations]

Attacks:
Attack cost in energy notations, Name of attack attack damage (if applicable)
Any additional effects of the attack.
Examples:
Lanturn 70HP (E)
Stage 1
EE, Sparked Torrent 10
Flip a coin, if heads, the defending pokemon is paralyzed. If tails, the defending pokemon is confused.
WWC, Ice Shards 40
Off-type (this attack counts as a W attack rather than an E attack)
Your opponent may switch the defending pokemon with a bench pokemon of his or her choice after this attack.

Retreat Cost: CC
