4th Gen Youngster Joey gets no love?

I'm hated by everyone, and no one picks up my calls anymore.

So here's what I propose. Nintendo takes back all the games, and gives me a Shiny Rattata!

That way, since I'm near the beginning, players can go "ZOMG WHAT IS WRONG WIT HIS SUPER AWESOME RATTATA?!?!?!? IT'S LIKE NO OTHER!!!!" and then Oak can tell them about shinies. Then, they'll pick up my calls, as I tell them facts about my shiny Rattata.

"The chance of getting a Rattata THIS special is 2^13! That's 8196!"

What's the topic of this thread? Anyway, this really doesn't warrant it's own thread on Joey and his Rattata. Also, the thread Most annoying phone call pretty much covers discussion on all phone calls in the game, including Joey's. XD; So, please use that instead.
