    Well 4kids got Yugiou GX, it seems it will now take place 100 years after the first show, not ten. It will air NEXT fall.
     
    100 years? thats not cool that means no yugi in the 1st episode not cool
     
    100 years! Man, that's like going through new monsters. Not to mention I heard that in addition to XYZ, there's gonna be a V and a W monster I think.

    Yep there all there, and they do look cool. I wonder how they are going to handle Yugi giving Yugi Jedi the hane Kareboh?

    Nope, just another person who happens to have the same name, I've posted a picture of him at the bottom of the post. So far only five episodes have aired in Japan, with the new SPOILER


    Dark items it sure is a new take on the sereis...seeing as how they went boom in the end of the anime.

    More or less this anime is about a dueling academy made up of three school houses, each named after one of the god cards.

    So you're saying we'll be seeing Yu-Gi-Oh GX by Fall 2005 or Fall 2006?

    NEXT fall would be the fall of 05',lol. I have no idea when the dubbing is going to start though.
     
    Man, that's gonna be a long time. At least YuGiOh! won't be done till close to that.

    Nope it will, we only have around 50 or so episodes left in the sereis, the rest of DOMA, Kaiba corp Grand pirex, and then the Memories arc, all together it isn't more then 60 episodes.
     
    Are we sure the dubbing info is real? Maybe it's a scam. I can't believe 4Kids would snap it up that fast. It's only been on in Japan for a few episodes. **shudders at the thought of Gen X.**

    Believe me I didn't want this to be true, so I had to go through some intense searching and double and triple checking on this, because...well you can't break a story like this and not be 100 % sure it is true. Still GX isn't that much of a gem so far...so I hope it does get better.

    Well, if it's not true... I hope they can drag out the original Yu-Gi-Oh! characters as long as they can here. Whenever they try to rehash things from the start again, I don't think it goes too well. I mean, look what happened with Power Rangers. Changing characters ever incarnation got old quick.

    Even though there are only a few of them, you left out the Ceramonial Duel arc. It's very short, but it's in an arc by itself.

    well, we'll just have to wait and see if Yugi, Kaiba, or Jounouchi(or any other characters from yugiou) make a reappearence. they may change the time period then.

    Actually the kids name is Yuuki Juudai (*Juudai being his first name*) and the show I think takes place 2-3 years after the last show (*Seriously Yugi does not look 26 where he shows up, more like 18 or 19 and yeah I can tell that without seeing his face *lol*)

    But I must say if 4kids carry on with this crazy idea to make it 100 years later instead of 2 or 3 I'll seriously lose whatever faith I have in them now, it's a stupid change for no reason and the first episode especially will lose some magic if they do that, the only way they'd be able to explain Yugi giving Juudai the card is if they go for him being Yugi's Ghost or if he's Yugi's great great great grandchild or something as equally as stupid, it has more meaning if Yugi gives him the card himself (*And without being a ghost*)

    But since it's only a new announcement and the guy who announced it couldn't even pronounce Yu-Gi-Oh (*Or construct sentences that made sense*) I'm hoping it was just a information screw up on 4Kids behalf.

    Hey Pogiforce,

    I'm 22 (23 in a less than three weeks) and in college. I always make time for Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon, so if I can do it, I'm sure you'll have no problems either. Plus, if you get a VCR, it'll help out a lot too. ;) :)

    Hmm... if that be the case, man, they would have to show at least one new episode every weekend until next year. Seems a bit rushed to me.
