I've seen that about a week ago at smogon... and it's not impressive at all. Gliscor can still survive and KO Heracross with Aerial Ace... Unless you have stealth rock support. Also, Gliscor is not the only "perfect" Heracross counter.. don't forget the cute Weezing and the flamethrowers coming your way ^.^

Also, this might be good as a surprise, but with the right prediction your opponent will be using it to his advantage and gain a free turn.

No... he's right, it won't OHKO Gliscor and Gliscor does have a 10 Base Speed higher than Heracross to Aerial Ace. Choice Band Hidden Power is lol, after you deal damage with Heracross, he'll switch out into another Pokemon
