5th Gen What do you think the new "Dragonite" spot is going to be?

I'm all up for another psuedolegendary, but no more Dragons please -_-

How about something more reptile, possibly Poison/Psychic.

I just read that, and thought...hey, that would be awesome :)
It's nice to see we're getting new type combinations (Meguroko's Ground/Dark) so hopefully we'll get that.

if they don't give us a levitating poison/dark, (I'm assuming you mean a Pokemon with no weaknesses), we could always get a levitating electric, which has no weaknesses. If one of those had psuedo-legend stats it would shoot straight up to the uber tier, but I don't think nintendo would make a Pokemon that strong.

Name: Bakuatar (two random serpet dieties)
Type: Poison / Psychic
Ability: Toxin (A slowly secreted a toxin which powers up poison type moves whilst damaging all non-poison Pokémon on the field each turn)

I'm picturing something femenine (like Milotic) but with a body reminiscent of Giratina (as in it has legs).

Sure it's not "super powerful" but it's about time we saw something different

I think that the small Pokemon next to Iris on the character thingy might be the axe-dragon's baby form. I put that in this thread because I think that it will be the Dragonite/Tyranitar of 5th Gen.

Maybe a Fire-Type Pokemon? There's a surprisingly limited amount of decent Fire-Types (Check Bulbapedia). Or maybe a Grass-Type... *Gasps* A Grass/Fire-Type!? That would be fun.

Well, I'd like either a levitating Poison/Dark or a levitating Poison/Steel imo.

Sure, the Poison/Steel would still be weak to fire, but be resistant to nearly everything else. XD

gen 3's is actually metagross, but Ononokusu (watch the video on pokebeach) looks ready to fill that spot with his uber-samurai dragon powers.

if you look at the evolution requirements and availability of the pokemon, it would be salamence

He looks like he would turn out to be the next pseudo legendary. He looks big, fast and strong. I bet you he might actually be Dragon type.

Psychic/Dark would be awesome. its only weakness would be a x4 weakness to bug, but think about it, all pseudo's, ( minus metagross ) have a x4 weakness, either ice or fighting.

I doubt they wold make a digimon like Ononokusu.

How does something look like a pokemon or look like a Digimon? There isn't one standard look for Pokemon or Digimon.

It might be the because it has armour, which a lot Digimon tended to get when they Digivolved. There isn't a set template for either, but Digimon have always been a bit more radical in their design whilst Pokémon were more reserved and natural.

I think it looks pretty sweet, hoping it's a Dragon/Steel (even though we don't need another Dragon -_-)

It's most likely steel because of it's armor and blades. I am not sure what the other type would be mainly because Lizards and Dinosaurs never have set types unlike other creatures.

If he is Dragon I would like him to be Dragon/Fighting or Dragon/Steel mainly because those types would be great during battle.

I think he'll be a mix of two types from the following list:

Rock
Electric
Bug
Dragon
Steel

...and I think he, or the little one on the floor next to Jessie in the most recent reveal, will be the Gen V pseudo-legendary.

I think that chances are he'll be a Dragon + any one type from that list. If he turns not being this gens Dragonite, then I'll eat my Bidoof.

that thing looks even dirtier and BA than when it was at a battle sprite.
Where did you find the art though, on Serebii and Pokebeach, they only have it in the battle scenes/
