Hello, guys. Can plese someone explain me what i gotta do after i find the glitched porygon on professor ivy's lab? she said he wants to upload himself on the internet. Can someone plese help me out? cause i really got no clue of what to do next.Thanks a lot in advance :)

For those who are asking what to do after the Orange League: There are 2 things you can do before battling Bruno.
1. You can catch Ho-oh.
2. You can do the herp-derp sidequest.

You don't have to use them, but if you do, you trigger certain events as you mentioned.
You evolve Eevee into Espeon the same as the regular game - level up with high happiness in the daytime. And you can do it whenever! Don't forget that with that Eevee you can devolve it at any time.

Venusaur is really the only mandatory at a certain point and therr are optional gyrarados chapters at seafoam islands.
Max happiness evoultion at daytime whenever you want.
