Free flow convo club?

One of my other club, Flying-type Club, has a new format, 'new topics' will no longer be available. The said club will be almost-completely free flow, while still be discussing anything about the Flying-type. Now I'm considering if we should follow it, please let me know your thoughts about it whether you're supportive of it or not.

IMO we should follow it if it's working fine in that club.

[*]Psychic Pokemon Clash
It takes a similar format with the Pokemon of The Week from our fellow clubs, but you pick who's the winner of the week through voting. 2 Psychic Pokemon are chosen (by random number generator) for that week and we pit them against each other. But you'll have to answer questions about the pitted Pokemon, haha. Be noted that the winning Pokemon do not have to be strong in competitive, you pick the winner by your own definitions.

Good idea, I like that kind of polls.

This is rather self explanatory. It is unavailable for the time being for obvious reasons. M2, I would really like you to take charge of this department for our Psychic-club. :)

Can you list what that includes so I can check if it fits my schedule? I can't host a server because I have mobile broadband but I might be able to do the other things.

Those amendments are good, they make joining the club easier which helps getting new members.

Since only Lycan and I are active in Sky High, we have to wait for a bit till the results become obvious. :)

Oh, hosting a server isn't necessary. It simply means I give you the rights over Brain Over Braun's Showdown events in the future, as I'm not familiar with the area. You host showdown events for our club, you decide the format and prizes*, when to organize, every rules and anything that is related to that field. :)

Just keep these in mind:
- Global PC rules, PoC section rules and Psychic Club rules still apply. :)
- To tie in the Showdown and our club, we are only allowed use the Pokemon from Scenario Campaign, unless otherwise stated (This rule can't be abused, however). To put it in other words Showdown team and Scenario team are synchronized.

*Prizes are connected to the new Scenario Campaign, for example if the prizes are a Mewtwo and a Moon Stone, the winners get the Pokemon and item for their Showdown team/Scenario team*

New segments

I'm planning new segments for our very club, since we have like a few active members please bear with me. {XD} Please take note that nothing is finalized yet, therefore feedback and suggestions are needed and deeply appreciated!

• (Psychic-type) Egg Swaps*
  We swap Egg Pokemons like the Get-Together format, hence the name. Since we have only three active members, it wouldn't hurt to swap per 2 eggs. In case you don't have 3DS/compatible games, we can always swap Pokemon files, if you are playing rom. Note that this limits to Gen III to V games.
• Psychic Pokemon Clash

• Pokemon Wild Hunt
  This is my personal favorite, we hunt for a Psychic-type Pokemon! For example, we are assigned to hunt for four Smoochum that week. Here comes the fun part: Winning factors differ from week to week, it varies from the one who catches the target Pokemon first wins, the highest IV total stat, highest total stat, highest level, must contain a certain move and so on. If our club grows bigger again, we may split in teams to add the fun. We can also hunt from any games: from Gen I to Gen VI, or even spinoff games.
  [*]Pokemon Egg Hunt
  Similar to wild hunt, but instead of catching you hatch eggs! Lol Tasks varies as well, from hatching 3 Mime Jr to 1 perfect IV Smoochum to hatching with specific nature and/movesets.
  [*](Psychic) Mono Race*
  The last one has proven to be successful, despite the busy schedule, haha. It doesn't hurt to organize it again, but with simpler rules obviously.
  [*]Psychic Scenario Campaign V2 and Currency
  If we are organizing the aforementioned events, we should introduce a money, an in-club currency. Instead of limiting you guys, you'll be able to buy scenario items, scenario Pokemon with the said currency to upgrade your Scenario Team. Maybe we can tie in the Pokemon Scenario team for our showdown teams? (I'll let M2 decide that if he takes the offer, haha) The in-game currency can be earn by participating, winning, selling scenario items, selling scenario Pokemon and doing other stuff like contributing to the club, etc.
  
  *Can be a join-event with fellow clubs.
  

New amendments

• Sign up form will be less formal.
• The one month rule then strike out thing will be removed, but we will highlight active members in return.
• Shortening the rule section, to be more friendly and less restricting.

Others

• Ketsu's Battle Showdown proposed event is officially cancelled by him.
• Psychic Mono is still on the run actually, despite the busy schedule of M2 and Dragoz's lack of activity. {XD}
• Feedback, feedback and feedback please.

Goodmorning, as you've probably noticed, I'm Lycanthropy, Lycan for short, or Han if you prefer normal names. Don't be mislead by the fact I have a dark/fire Pokémon as mascot, psychic is actually my favorite type.

If Kadabra was once a boy as the Pokedex says, then where did Abra came from?
Did you just ask where babies come from? Okay, let's have a talk about the Delibirds and Combees.

And why is there a female variant of the species?
Why not? Just because it has a mustache means it can't be female? It's not a human, different species are different.

In which aspect is Kadabra better than Jynx? And in which part worse than Jynx?
They both excel in speed and special attack (Kadraba just that little more) and are instantly KO by any physical attack basically.

Does Jynx have a pair of feet? Is she really wearing a wig and lipstick?

Kadabra is faster and has better special attack but it's defense is worse than Jynx's.

Well, if you think about it, Gardevoir shouldn't have male variations either. Pokemon genders are a whole other topic to go into detail about so let's not pull that up here :p Also, asexual reproduction. Kadabra can multiply :o

Kadabra was way less creepy and is certainly stronger than Jynx is (or at least, it will be). That said, I somewhat prefer Jynx's design more than Kadabra's but that's because I have a strange thing for weird and creepy designs in Pokemon >~<

Well, Lycan proved Jynx does have legs and no, Jynx is a natural blonde, trust me, I know. As for the lipstick, it's certainly possible. I mean, look at them rosy lips.

Jynx is... well, Jynx is Jynx! No other way to describe it. Smoochum is sort of negligible really since Jynx didn't need a baby form at all but I don't have anything against Smoochum so I guess it's alright :3

I'll be the first to say Jynx wins. The overall design is a lot better, in my opinion, and I've never really liked the whole Abra line :p

1. Kadabra was the boy and Abra was his child. The original Kadabra reproduced with a Ditto when he grew old knowing his Species needed to continue.

2. Ditto became a Kadabra but it was imperfect as it could not fully reproduce the Moustache. As normally Pokémon of each gender look the same, Ditto was recognised as a Female Kadabra and since the original Kadabra was once a human, the female Ditto clone passed on it's gender as it had been a Pokémon for longer.

3. Kadabra is a more 'classic' Pokemon. Psychic was an overpowered type in Gen 1 and those who couldn't trade for whatever would have had a Kadabra on their team. Also the Kadabra line was on Champion Blue's team.

Jynx has a quirky design and is more known for It's quirkiness and controversy than anything else, but it get on Lorelei's E4 team.

4. Yes, Jynx has feet. If you remember Pokemon Stadium when Jynx faints it vanishes leaving only the hair so yes it is likely a wig Lipstick? I don't know but Jynx's hands look like they may be able to hold things.

5. No idea. Maybe Jynx's speech is too fast or at a pitch to be understandable to humans.

Vote - I like Kadabra but it has been a long time since I have used one as I tend to evolve him as soon as possible. Jynx has a lot of quirkiness and is a Pokémon that makes me smile.

Of the two Pokemon up for comparison I prefer...Jynx
