    My father is very religious and when I see him he often talks about the end days and uses things such as gays and others as an example of how "moraless" we've become and says that's what the Bible says. My question is how can it be when in the past we openly accepted things such as slavery...

    To the people who keep saying "It's their culture, don't judge" it would be one thing if people had a voice, but it's a dictatorship and only what the powers that be think matter so even if the majority of citizens didn't agree with it there's not much that can be done.

    What I find funny is this person talking about Caterpie evolving into Metapod and saying it's wrong. Uhh...That's what they do, and then turn into butterflys. If he's okay with showing his niece nature this is no different.

    Gender Roles

    Personally I agree with them to an extent, not women should just stay in kitchen but I do believe that men and women serve complimentary roles and are just, by nature, better at doing certain things. There can be some overlap of course, but I think things work better when we have our own roles...

    I just got done watching Titanic and was curious how you feel about the women and children first rule? Obviously boats today usually have enough for everyone but in a theoretical scenario where there wasn't would you be okay with women and children first? I certainly wouldn't want men to die...
