Did you restart and try again? Nameless FireRed Project worked perfectly in the first few patches of Theta Emerald and I'm not sure if it still works after LC's latest updates to Theta. If that doesn't work, use an older patch version of Theta and trade from the old patch to the latest version...

Wow, a Red++ for Gen 2? Awesome. Is there a version that keeps the original 252 without the Pokemon from later gens? If not it's fine.

Use old save states or reset the game. It freezes sometimes so you should always save just in case for this game.

There's also another save editor for Android called Poketweet (you can just use it offline, you don't have to use Twitter)...

Here's my Nameless FireRed Project save file. For anyone who doesn't know, this game can trade with Theta Emerald. Everyone's free to use it for trading, Destiny Knot/Everstone breeding (they stack in Nameless), EV Training or anything else you wanna do :)

Carbos/HP Up etc. work fine but something is up with gaining EVs from wild Pokes. In the meantime, you can trade your Garchomp to a save of Nameless FireRed Project (another 721 that can trade with Theta Emerald) and EV train it there. I could even send you my completed Nameless FireRed...

Has anyone been successful patching with the updated patch file? I clicked "ignore checksum errors" and still got the same error message.

Anyone know if the Power Items (Anklet, Band, Weight etc.) pass on the holder's IV to the egg? I assume it does but I haven't done enough breeding to figure it out.

This was probably answered before, but does Gaia have the Gen 4-6 items updated to their Gen 6 effects? I mean like the EXP Share, Destiny Knot, Everstone, Power Items, etc.

if more money is what you need, you can use an Emerald Gameshark code or you can buy a Luck Incense or find Amulet Coin. Does anyone know if Hidden Power in this game (regardless of IV) is a flat 60 base power like Gen 6 onwards? I'm pretty sure it is.
