Ugh, this is why I commute by bike to work. I truly empathize with you here - when I first started work, I drove because it was too far for me to cycle on a daily basis. And yeah I don't exactly hold trumps in patience . . . It would drive me absolutely mad when I got stuck in traffic jams. You get home late and then that just kills the motivation to do much apart from eating and sleeping.

It's not professional in the sense that I don't do it for a living but between you and me . . . actually . . . I'll PM you. This is too personal for privy eyes.

But yeah that's really good and yes, a little each day will go much further than haphazard random strenuous days. I'm not a fan of watching the calorie count so much though . . . I structure my meals and my snacks which I guess is my version of calorie counting haha. I am very routine based when it comes to meals.

Your mind should start feeling more active. I noticed when I moved to my current job and started commuting by bike, my mind was much more fresh during the morning, once I rode in and taken a quick shower.

Things are good - I have a karate competition coming up in a couple of weeks so my focus is on that at the moment. Apart from that, nothing much has changed. I'm expecting some new neighbours as one of the flats near me is owned by a hotel and some of their staff have left. One of the people who left was pretty cool but the other was a bit of a weirdo and that's coming from me. I hope the new people who come in will be cool.

Ah a Camomile tea drinker. I too like the Camomile tea but I also enjoy Jasmine Green tea, Black Tea and Three Tulsie Tea. Black Tea is probably my favourite though haha how about Scarfy?

Hey Scarfy, I recently returned from a family holiday in Sri Lanka. We did shopping and we went to a tailor place to get some suits. I decided to do the unconventional and create a suit which is all black except for the collar part (I don't know if it has a proper name or not) which is red! I took a bit of a gamble but I think it came out quite nice haha.

I'm going to a wedding beginning of September and plan to wear it for the first time there. Do you think that's a good idea? This is also my first wedding I'll be going to so I'm quite excited but a bit nervous also. How are things with you?
